Your account allows you to manage purchases, update profile information, change passwords, access downloads, and manage subscriptions. Account security and credential management are the user’s responsibility, and password resets are available through the designated reset page. 

Downloads and license details are available in your dashboard after purchase. The dashboard may display active licenses, subscription status, and access permissions. Keeping your license active ensures access to updates and eligible support. 

Billing terms are defined before project initiation or product purchase. Digital products are licensed, not sold outright, and usage is restricted according to license terms. SaaS access is tied to account status and subscription validity. Licensing determines eligibility for updates and support. 

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or product. Custom development work generally does not qualify for refunds once development begins. Digital product refunds may be limited due to their downloadable nature. SaaS refunds depend on subscription structure and usage terms. Each case may be reviewed individually. 

Support operates through a structured ticket system in the Support Center. Users must submit a ticket with detailed information about the issue. Support covers product-related technical matters and access issues but does not include custom development outside product scope unless separately agreed. 

Tickets are handled in the order received, based on complexity and severity. Response time refers to the first acknowledgment of the issue. Critical operational issues may receive priority handling. Complex issues may require additional investigation time.
